- Turkey Forex Reserves Up At $72B In Week To July 9
ISTANBUL (IHA) - Turkish foreign-exchange reserves rose $1.225 billion to $72.009 billion in the week ended July 9, the country's central bank said Thursday.
The central bank gave no explanation for the increase.
Reserves reached a record high of $78.3 billion in the week ended May 23, 2008. They totaled $70.08 billion at the end of 2008 and $70.69 billion at the end of 2009.
