- Turkey July Business Confidence 112.7 Vs 111.7 In June
ISTANBUL (IHA) - The Turkish Central Bank said Monday its business confidence index rose to 112.7 in July from 111.7 in June.
The increase in business confidence was mainly due to an improvement in current orders, as well as expectations of production volumes, the amount of export orders and total employment in the next three months.
The business confidence index stood at 100.1 in July 2009.
A reading above 100 signals an improvement, while a reading below 100 indicates deterioration.
